                Training volunteers to teach entrepreneurship development

                Volunteers are selected by the community to act as a driving force and role model. They lead self-help groups that develop business plans for individuals and joint initiatives, both farm and non-farm. Together, a personal action plan is drawn up on key issues such as work, housing or further education.                 Person centred assistance and accommodation in communal housing

                "Supported Living in the Community" places people with intellectual disabilities in shared apartments and supports them individually. Following a pilot between 2005 and 2008, the programme has since grown to a long-term project with 39 adults living in 12 apartments across the city of Novi Sad. Nine of them previously resided in institutions.

                Theatre arts programme for youth with disabilities

                ‘Access to Theatre’ is a free inclusive arts programme designed to help young people develop artistic and communication skills. Developed in 1994 by Partners for Youth with Disabilities (PYD) in the United States, the four-week programme has about 65 participants each year.
