Duration

Zero Project Awardee Independent Disability Advisory Group (IDAG) consists of people with disabilities, who help Transport for London (TFL) to identify key issues and barriers to access public transport.

The IDAG helps understand the impact that accessible transport has on customers with disabilities. In 2020 alone, IDAG and TFL worked on 53 projects, such as the reconstruction of train stations. Commuter feedback is also taken into account.

Share today's #CountdownToZero video and inspire others to remove barriers for all!

As one of 76 Zero Project Awardees from 35 countries, IDAG of Transport of London will be recognized at the Zero Project Conference #ZeroCon22 in February 2022. Go to zeroproject.org/zerocon22 for more information.
