Nathan Despott is the manager of Inclusion Designlab (www.inclusiondesignlab.org.au), the research and development arm of Inclusion Melbourne. Nathan’s work has focused on improving the experiences of people with intellectual disability in dental care, the justice system, the LGBTIQ community, elections, and through innovative practices such as Circles of Support. Nathan has qualifications in policy, communications, and theology. He is a leader in the campaign to curtail the ex-gay/conversion therapy movement and has been involved in significant LGBTIQ rights advocacy in Australia. Year of this biography: 2019
