I´m a specialist proffesional in the field of social inclusion and people with disability. I have 3 years of high level work experience, with psychology degree and a master in social sciences. In the last 10 years, working in the National Disability Service, I have worked in the complete cycle of public policies, at a level of national plans, programs and projects at different scales of territorial impact (national, regional and local). The contents have been in the field of inclusive education, labor inclusion, social participation and universal accessibility. At the level of specific skills, I have led work teams in specific products such as leadership, work under pressure alone or in team, organization and strategic planning as well as the management of mixed techniques of social research.
