Henry Mejia Royet is the Director of the National Federation of the Deaf of Colombia, the main organization for people with disabilities in Colombia. He gained experience in administration, public policy in disability, and in coaching groups in areas such as leadership, human rights, and construction of public policy in disability. He also serves as a trainer and lecturer on issues related to persons with disabilities at both a national and international level. In addition to that, he is the Director of the Regional Secretariat for South America of the World Federation of the Deaf.
