Amanda Basi is the Manager of Accessibility Certification at the Rick Hansen Foundation in Canada. Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility CertificationTM (RHFAC) is a LEED-style rating system that measures the accessibility of commercial, institutional, and multi-unit residential facilities. She joined the Foundation in 2016 as Manager of the Access4All Canada 150 Signature Initiative, working with 55 communities across Canada to implement accessibility improvement projects in celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday. For over 10 years, Amanda has led high-level programs and events in philanthropy, finance, and energy. She has worked extensively in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America.
