PSLD is a Center for Disability Studies and Services under the Institute for Educational Development and Quality Assurance of Universitas Brawijaya (UB). PSLD was established on March 19, 2012 primarily to fulfill the rights of people with disabilities where only one percent of people with disabilities in Indonesia are able to access higher education.
