Lumos Foundation, formerly known as Children's High Level Group, is an international non-governmental charity which promotes an end to the institutionalisation of children worldwide. Lumos has been working in the Republic of Moldova since 2006. It has been a key partner with the Moldovan Government, donors and other civil society organisations.
