Egalite is a Brazilian company specialized in integrating people with disabilities into the job market. We have helped employ over 10,000 professionals with disabilities and have led inclusion projects in more than 800 companies. Our work is built on three key pillars: recruitment, consulting for inclusive workplace culture, and accessibility.

To bridge the gap between companies and talent, we developed an online recruitment platform featuring behavioral profile assessments and fully adapted education programs. Our inclusion process consists of three essential steps: preparation, assessment, and recruitment. Candidates receive preparation through free, accessible online courses. Assessment is conducted using a behavioral profile test, enabling us to match each candidate with the most suitable job opportunities. Additionally, an advanced algorithm analyzes factors such as geolocation, education, salary expectations, field of expertise, and behavioral profile to recommend the best job placement.
