Intro vzw makes all kinds of events accessible to persons with disabilities. It offers solutions to practical problems and provides services for event organisers and for persons with disabilities who attend the events. Inter improves the interaction between people and the environment. People have a disability if the environment is not adapted to their capabilities. Inter therefore provides support to make the environment accessible, usable and understandable for everyone. Inter is the connection between policy, users and professionals. It is a center of expertise in accessibility and Universal Design. They provide architectural accessibility advice from design to realization, make events accessible, provide training, advise governments and conduct research into the accessibility situation in Flanders.
