Raúl Montiel is the Executive Director of Foundation Saraki. As a founder member, he has been involved in the development of the early high impact projects, and continues to be involved today. His previous experiences as head of private sector companies working along with the government, allowed him to assume a great part of the responsibilities of the administrative management.
