Ms. Cabezudo Cuevas is one of the founders and the current President of Fundación Saraki in Paraguay. She is a democratically elected member of the National Commission for Disability (CONADIS for its acronym in Spanish). She is a promoter of collaborative work among Civil Society, the State, and the Private Sector, and has participated in the passage and modification of public policies and laws related to disability.
