Georgiana Lazar is the Head of Human Capital for UniCredit Bank Austria.&nbsp;Having lived in three different countries in between London, Bucharest and now Vienna she has a passion for diversity and inclusion. Georgiana has extensive managerial and human resources experience both in UniCredit and previously in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. She spent the last 14 years within UniCredit in different roles in the human capital area previously as Head of Human Resources for the United Kingdom as well as for Global Markets in eight countries where UniCredit is represented .
