Dr. Pooja Mukul, a Rehabilitation Medicine Physician, is Director of Jaipur Foot Organization, the largest NGO in the world, working for people with locomotor disabilities. She designs high performance, user- centric, affordable artificial limbs. The “Polycentric Jaipur Knee” developed in collaboration with Stanford University featured in the Time Magazine as one of the 50 best inventions of the world for 2009. She received the Indo-US Science & Technology Forum (2013), Wellcome Trust (2014) award for Affordable Healthcare & is a GES 2016 Fellow.
