For more than 25 years Thomas was an international executive all over Asia, Australia, and Europe. Upon retiring from corporate life, he started an online learning and services business which now has academic institutions and multinational companies as clients in 10 countries. About 80 to 90% of the staff in his company Genashtim, are people with disabilities. Thomas and Genashtim have recognition for their work from B Corporation, UNESCAP, the ILO, ESSL, The Harkin Institute, The Nippon Foundation and The Asia Pacific Center for Disability.
