I'm CEO and co-founder Globe4all project dedicated to inclusion and accessible tourism. Globe4all is an accessible tourism platform created by inclusive team of like-minded people to help guides with disabilities and accessible travel providers to promote their services and to help tourists with special needs find information about accessibility of sights, destinations, hotels, transport, plan their trips and book adapted tours, inspiring them to travel. Globe4all helps people with special needs not only travel, but also to get new profession in tourism and live an active life. I have over 15 years of experience in Media, Advertising, Project Management and over 7 years of experience in development of OTT and VOD services. But my first job was Music College for the Blind people. I was a teacher there and I was responsible for the social rehabilitation work with blind musicians. Since that days I know how important inclusion and accessability are. In 2018 I and Nadya Anpilogova launched Globe4all as informational source about accessible travels. In 2019 Globe4all got a grant from the EXPO Live program of the World exhibition EXPO 2020 Dubai, UAE. In August 2020 we started sales and got our first tourists with disabilities. In the end of 2020, we received the Golden Website award in the Accessibility and Inclusion nomination. In 2021 took part in the international accelerator Madeira Startup Retreat, Portugal. In January 2022 Globe4all took part in the World exhibition EXPO 2020 Dubai, UAE. February 2022 Globe4all became an Awardee of the international Zero Project Award 2022, Austria.
