Alvin is a Technology Catalyst at SG Enable, an agency dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities. He brings his strength in technology foresight to the assistive technology (AT) domain, and seeks to infuse a fresh perspective on the acceptance and use of AT in Singapore. He strongly believes in the potential of technology for social good, and through technology, he seeks to empower persons with disabilities, enhance their capabilities, and help them be more engaged with the society.
