As a teacher she has realized some projects to support students with disabilities in facing important steps such as social autonomy, training and job placement. Her teaching method is based on the realization of an inclusive learning environment which helps the ?Performances? of everybody. She has been included among the 50 best teachers in the world by the Varkey Foundation in the competition ?The Global Teacher Prize? and received Civil Honour Award from the President of Italy.
