Pheng Samnang is Disability Development Services Program (DDSP)’s Executive Director since 2006. He has experience in both organizational management and project implementation. He has worked in a wide range of community development programs including Community Based Rehabilitation/Inclusive Development and Inclusive WASH. He also designed and facilitated training for CBR operators, DPOs and government officials to promote disability inclusion and rights of persons with disabilities in Cambodia.
