Caroline Carswell is a verbal cochlear implant wearer who does not use sign language. Among the first born-deaf children in Ireland to be mainstream-educated, she graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an honours degree (no access supports). Caroline later worked in Canada, the US, UK and Ireland in digital publishing and corporate marketing.
