Juan Carlos GARCIA LOPEZ

Juan Carlos García López attained his Law degree at the University of Oviedo. He has been a senior-judge in Asturias (Spain) since 1995. Currently, he is the Representative for Asturias on disability matters of the Spanish Council of Judiciary and has developed activity as a collaborating professor in the School of Legal Practice of the Principality of Asturias as well as in the School of Legal Practice "Luis Pérez Ávila" of Ourense. He regularly collaborates in training activities with the Oviedo Bar Association and has been a speaker in several congresses and conferences. He has worked closely with the non-profit Association Plena Inclusión Asturias in order to promote the project "Easy to read" for judgments in disability matters. Year of this biography: 2018
