Jana BAUER

Research Associate at University of Koeln

After completing her degree in psychology, Jana Bauer joined the team at the chair of Labour and Vocational Rehabilitation at the University of Cologne as a researcher. She is in charge of the nationwide coordination and evaluation of the PROMI project. One of her main research focuses is the inclusive university. Besides her interests include healthy leadership, mental health and stress reduction in working life as well as disclosure of invisible disabilities at work. Year of this biography: 2017
