Esta sesión forma parte de la Conferencia Zero Project 2023 para América Latina y el mundo hispanoparlante (ZeroConLatam23) - organizada por Zero Project, Fundación Descúbreme y Fundación ONCE- y de la ZeroCon23 que se lleva a cabo en la Oficina de Naciones Unidas en Viena, Austria. La ZeroCon23 se extiende durante tres días (del 22 al 24 de febrero de 2023) y gira en torno a los temas de Vida Independiente, Participación Política y las TIC. Se presentarán temas como la educación cívica y de los votantes, la tecnología de asistencia, la desinstitucionalización, la intervención en la primera infancia, el autoempleo y las microfinanzas, la autorrepresentación y mucho más.
