Digital Learning

The last few years have shed light on the necessity of inclusive online education, and of taking advantage of the digital transformation to ensure that everyone, including persons with disabilities, has access to quality education whether online or in a classroom.

Digital Learning is transversal to all subtopics of education, and includes different concepts. On one hand, digital learning refers to online and blended learning programs: this materializes in the courses and programmes themselves, the tech tools used to carry out the courses, and the institutional and legal framework that facilitates them. On the other hand, digital learning refers to the update of learning and teaching methods that take properly advantage of digital transformation to make education inclusive, regardless of whether it takes place physically or online.
