Forbes has published the second edition of its “Accessibility 200” list. This year’s expansion from 100 to 200 organizations and individuals highlights the increasing attention accessibility is receiving globally — across business, technology, education, media, sports, and many other areas of society.
The Zero Project was once again honored to support the initiative as part of the advisory board, helping identify impactful organizations and contributions globally. Many more individuals and organizations deserve recognition and the Zero Project hopes this growing global visibility continues to spark conversations, partnerships, and further action toward a world with Zero Barriers.
“Accessibility has evolved from a legal mandate to a bustling frontier of innovation, impact and profit. From juggernaut companies to lone entrepreneurs, accessibility innovation inspires new features, products and services that transform how people with disabilities – and often the wider world – communicate, travel, learn, work, play sports, and so much more."
