Inclusive Employment meets Artificial Intelligence
About the event
The imminent integration of artificial intelligence (AI) is poised to significantly influence the inclusive employment landscape within both corporate and public sectors. For individuals with disabilities, this transformative shift presents a dual prospect: on one hand, AI holds the promise of generating novel job opportunities and enhancing accessibility to vital information and training resources. Conversely, there exists a palpable risk of perpetuating entrenched discriminatory practices, such as biased assessment and hiring procedures, as well as the emergence of new forms of exclusion. Within this session, esteemed experts and practitioners will convene to deliberate on strategies for harnessing AI-driven opportunities while mitigating potential pitfalls, thereby fostering a more equitable and inclusive job market.
