Cerasela Nicoleta Predescu is a PhD sociologist with extensive experience in social field, who participated in a 7 years child protection Reform Program in Romania in partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Social Protection. She established Pro ACT Suport Association in 2011 with the aim of promoting the development of a society in which people with intellectual disabilities have equal opportunities, their contributions are valued, their human rights are respected and where inclusion is a reality.
