Vladimir is the Executive Director of Open the Windows, Macedonia’s sole organisation promoting assistive technology. He managed the successful introduction of assistive technology in mainstream education, an initiative that won the ERSTE Foundation Social Integration Award in 2013. His 15-years professional experience includes involvement in the creation of the country’s first community-based housing services for persons with disabilities, and humanitarian work in Kosovo and Sudan.
