Virginia Atkinson is the Inclusion Advisor at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), where she is responsible for providing strategic leadership to IFES’ disability rights portfolio and technical assistance and training to CSOs and government stakeholders on inclusive democracy and governance.
