The Smart Cities for All (SC4A) Global Initiative is working with the University of California Berkeley, Microsoft and several Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) to understand the role that digital accessibility plays in international development.

Experts in the field are invited to take part in a global survey to assess digital inclusion in Smart City and Digital Transformation initiative. Findings from the survey will be used to develop the tools and resources that are needed to promote more equitable outcomes for persons with disabilities and older persons.

The research which is part of the Institute of Urban and Regional Development’s (IURD) Inclusive Cities Lab at the University of California, Berkeley.
