  Blind Institute of Technology (BIT) stands as a global nonprofit staffing and recruiting agency exclusively dedicated to professionals with disabilities. By championing inclusivity in our offerings, we not only serve an underserved community but also contribute to building a more equitable and compassionate society. BIT helps to reduce barriers to inclusive employment through education, preparation, employment placement and accessible technology initiatives. In 2017, we launched the BIT Academy as part of our workforce development division. The Academy provides courses in Salesforce Administration and Digital Accessibility Analysis to disabled professionals. These valuable courses will ultimately prepare them for BIT’s Apprenticeship program, as well as set them on a path to a successful career in the industry of their choosing.
