Zero Project Awardee "Access Lilly" is a programme that was launched by US-based multinational pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly and Company, with the goal of creating a disability-confident company culture that enables a barrier-free environment for employees and customers.
The programme covers different workstreams, such as Inclusive Design in the company's facilties or training, with plans to also add Human Resources and Procurement.
