Awardee of the Day:

Accessible Agriculture, Cambodia

In today's #CountdownToZero video we'd like to introduce you to a project that focuses on the needs of individual farmers in Cambodia and Indonesia: Accessible Agriculture - The Agri-Lab Experience was developed by NGO LIGHT FOR THE WORLD in cooperation with local design and technology experts.

Agriculture can often be an inaccessible environment for farmers with disabilities and older persons.
In response, the Accessible Agriculture - Agri-Lab Experience has created 8 innovative farming solutions, such as motorized harvesting carts for mobility impaired farmers. Solutions are prototyped, tested with end users - and can be scaled up if they prove successful.

Light for the World will be recognized as one of 76 Zero Project Awardees at #ZeroCon22 for their work in making agriculture accessible.

Follow us to see other innovative solutions from around the world that create and improve accessibility for all - for a world with zero barriers! #CountdownToZero #Accessibility
