BCA Universal Design Mark

A record 37 projects have received the award for user-friendly design this year by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore!

The BCA Universal Design Mark is a Zero Project Innovative Practice 2014 on Accessibility, which is a voluntary certification scheme for developers and architects who adopt the philosophy of “universal design” – that is, designing buildings that are accessible and user-friendly for all, including the young, older people and persons with disabilities.
